As a customer and or humans we make mistakes when ordering parts. I ordered the wrong side by mistake and the representative ADAM works from the Hasbrook Heights location he got really snippy with me said “YOU SHOULD BE MORE PROFESSIONAL, NEVER LET ANYONE TELL YOU WHAT PART TO ORDER, SOMEONE HAS GOT THIS ORDER HALF ASS BACKWARDS” Just to say the least!
