This review is a little late getting posted, but I wanted to go ahead and give my review. I had my sleep study done here back in May. The entire process was simple and easy. Tracy (I believe is her name) at the front desk during the day was absolutely amazing in the amount of great customer service I received prior to, during scheduling and post sleep study. I had a great experience! Of course having a sleep study sucks and sucks more when you have to stay for naps the next day. But everyone was so attentive and kind. Even when I was grumpy and didn’t want to wake up. Everything was extremely clean. They made sure I had food. They kept me company, all the staff were amazing! 10/10 for staff.
What a wonderful staff!! Caring, concerned, respectful and serious about their work. Miss Rene was wonderful. I felt like I knew her forever and very comfortable with her care during the overnight sleep study. Excellent place.
