Unfortunately, the concerns in other reviews about poor communication and difficulty scheduling are accurate. I’ve been trying for over a week to book an appointment for my father to get an injection that they recommended. He’s still in pain, and it’s been extremely frustrating. I’ve left voicemails every day with no response. I’ve been calling in the mornings before noon, knowing most offices return calls the same day if you call early, but still no one has followed up.
