I can't even describe our experience this evening/this morning, but Forsyth County and the surrounding areas deserves more when it comes to emergency services. The Northside Forsyth Emergency Department staff from the reception area of the ER to the Medical Assistants we encountered, and then a few nurses really let us down... and it was in not just one area: communication, lying, overpromising and underdelivering, covering for each other. I took my 85 year old mother to the Northside ER. If I had to describe the staff in 2 words it would be quiet quitting. My mother had not eaten or drank in 2 days and was deydrated. We arrived at the ER around 5:45 PM. We got called back around 9:00. Around 11:00 I ask if she should be given water or an IV. The nurse sitting at the station said they don't like to do anything until the Doctor gives the order. At midningt they brought in an IV. If I’m able to putt no star I will do that staff it’s so rude the thing the r the best than anyone else they miss diagnose and I’m end up in different hospitals for 9 days

They seem to think they know acute services first by symptom. I hate this hospital wish another was closer. They staff up front pretend to b doctors
