I was treated so terrible by a nurse and nurse supervisor (for their own scheduling error). All I did was follow procedures and show up for my appointment as scheduled. I followed all the rules in the confirmation email and the confirmation text message. They were not apologetic at all for their error. The lack of accountability, unwillingness to admit fault and abrupt communication makes me so uncomfortable now ( never upcoming procedure). Rude receptionist, rude nurse and nurse supervisor. I have always had great experiences with this location. For some reason the quality has gone down hill. Very unprofessional. So disappointing
