Everyone in the emergency room were very helpful and attentive and organized. One of the best experiences I had in an emergency room.
This place is by far the best hospital I ever been in the staff was excellent every one worked together in zinc just fabulous place to be with excellence at its best truly great experience awesome way to heal with a great deal of dignity thank you for such a magnificent hospital stay.
Waiting times are incredibly long. I brought my dad for a fall and we have been waiting 10 hours (830pm to 630 am) for a room. I have been asking and they only say: "there are a few people ahead of you." He already had imaging done and if I want to leave I need to do additional work requesting the results. If you are not coming in ambulance, expect a very, very long waiting time. And this is not the first time it happens, in previous situations I had to wait around 4-5 hours. We have been going to Northside Cherokee for several years now my mom battling Cancer and always feel the sympathy and support of the staff. Only 1time in the imaging department did I feel the dismissed us . Atlanta Cancer care rocks
