I paid my out of pocket charge prior to a surgical procedure and then Northside billed my insurance company more, which in turn, made me pay more. My ear surgery went just as planned with no additional tests, imaging, medications, or anything else. When I asked them why they charged me an additional $408 I was told that it was only an estimate and they can charge what they want. And that is exactly what they did. Don't go here. Go to Wellstar. They charge what they tell you they will charge.
Everyone was very nice. But I have NEVER seen a slower process ANYWHERE!! There were more employees here than patients but it was still unbelievably slow. We will not be back unless I'm in an ambulance.
