Beware! We started with Northside thinking they were a reputable company, but after the horrible experience we have gone through we will never use them again, and I highly recommend no one else use them either! First, they installed our water system and the hot water kept going off. It took them 5 visits to finally figure out they wired it incorrectly. Meanwhile we had no hot water for days at a time. Jesse, the technician, was awesome. He kept me updated and took care of the problem. I have heat!! Everyone was excellent from the front office to exit. Will definitely refer Northside to others.
