I was original patient of Dr Azar. The most caring person and was always interested in what your concerns were. He referred me to Dr Gourineni when he retired. Since than I have had 4 appointments rescheduled because he is never there. He is always in a hurry when he sees you. I am trying to find another Cardiologist and do not recommend trying to make an appointment with Dr Gourineni if you need to be seen in the near future.
Dr Shah and his staff are amazing. They are knowledgable, caring and very professional. This occurrs from the time you walk in until you leave the facility. Dr. Shah is very professional and interested in your needs. I was very comfortable discussing my health with Dr Shah.
Dr. Shah was great, but the Northside Heart billing department is a nightmare. It’s been nearly a year since my last appointment and they still can’t get my bill corrected. I would not recommend going here unless you want to waste time calling again, again, and again to get your bill paid for the right amount.
