Stop searching! Dr. Lauren is the absolute best. I switched to Northside Hearing looking for a better experience, and only wish I’d found her at the start of my hearing loss “journey”. Dr. Lauren is personable, kind, and goes the extra mile for her patients. Her receptionist/assistant, Lisa, is also incredibly sweet and kind, and I’ve witnessed her walking a patient out to their car to be helpful. Professional and knowledgeable. My hearing aids are such a great fit that I almost forget to take them out at bedtime. Major improvement in hearing and I wear them daily. I highly recommend Dr. Lauren and Northside Hearing. I am very grateful for the care and service.
A most pleasant and efficient experience. Lauren is very helpful and detailed in her assessment, using modern tools and procedures. Nailed my hearing deficiencies and provided top quality hearing aids, including expert setup and training. I highly recommend.
Lauren was exceptional. Nice facility nice receptionist and thorough testing with Lauren and she explained everything much better than the ENT I went to! Not to mention the audiologist rushed the test and Lauren did not! Would definitely recommend!
