Dr. Lauren is the best! She takes excellent care of me and my hearing aids. She listens to and tries to offer good advice for any hearing concerns I have. Having good hearing aides has greatly improved my life. Dr. Lauren also offers great benefits to your yearly care. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing help with audiological concerns.
Lauren was able to get me in the same day I called for which I was grateful. Got my hearing aids patched up and I was on my way in less than 15 minutes. Excellent customer service. From purchase to service this practice is top quality all the way. Thank you!!
Dr Lauren considers each patient's concerns very seriously and offers great feedback and treatment. I really enjoy visiting with her whenever I go into her office, whether for annual checkup, seeing about new hearing aids, or for her to check my ears for excess wax clogging the ear canal. I hope to maintain a patient relationship with Dr. Lauren for many years as my ears get older and need additional monitoring.
