Lauren was exceptional. Nice facility nice receptionist and thorough testing with Lauren and she explained everything much better than the ENT I went to! Not to mention the audiologist rushed the test and Lauren did not! Would definitely recommend!
Friendly and experienced Dr. Lauren Chael Hendricks helped me with getting the hearing aids I needed and fortunately able to take my health insurance too. She was able to explain how they work and provided with everything I needed. Don’t be afraid to get your hearing tested or wearing them. They are so small no one will see them. Pay the extra money to get the proper hearing aids.
