Dr Saraswat is fantastic I’ve had two sessions of Mona Lisa Touch and PRP and all the staff are friendly and professional, this treatment has worked wonderfully for me
This was my first time seeing a gynecologist, and Dr. Caroline Wewengkang was amazing. She took the time to explain my anatomy and the procedure, answered all my questions, and reassured me that what I was experiencing was completely normal. During the procedure, she guided me through every step and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The wait was only about 20 minutes, which felt quick given how much care she gave. I honestly couldn’t recommend her more!
I was absolutely amazed at the level of care I received! My doctor was Dr Keisuke Tanaka and I truly cannot express the amount of gratitude I have for him. In my appointments and surgery with him, he was caring, kind, informative, empathetic, and professional. In a time of pain and discomfort (suffering with endometriosis) he made me feel validated and completely comfortable in his care. I saw Dr Keisuke Tanaka here today to have my implanon removed and Kyleena inserted. Him and nurse Larissa (I’m pretty sure that was her name I am so sorry I suck at names) were absolutely amazing! I’ve never had to see a gynaecologist before so I wasn’t too sure what to expect (and horror stories on social media definitely didn’t help with the nerves) but they made the experience so incredibly comfortable and genuinely cared about how I was going! I have struggled for so long with not being heard, stressing about what I’m doing wrong and why things aren’t going as easy as I would hope. I’ve had bloodwork, scans and so many appointments with GPs who just continuously tell me it’ll happen when it’s time, trust the process, stop stressing, etc etc. For the first time, someone actually listened.
