Nobody here ever answers the phone. My provider has referred me here twice. I have never received a call and anytime I’ve called the voicemail is full or call hasn’t been returned. This is very unprofessional.

I don’t understand why this facility doesn’t have a higher rating. I spoke with Shelecia and I voiced my concerns about the low reviews they have. She encouraged me to give them a try and how I will be satisfied with the outcome. She was correct. I spoke with Shelecia several times and she is patient, kind, thoughtful and helpful. Amy assisted her in checking me in, and she is soft spoken and gentle. Kee was the medical assistant who is also patient, kind, a caring person, and knowledgeable about her job duties. I have been calling for months and couldn't get a hold of a person. Left message on appointment line and nurse's line. Initially needed MRN to create online account. My doctor left the practice so I seen someone else once and needed to get my annual booked. Decided that I would proceed to find new provider. It took another few months to get instructions on getting my records. Honestly, if they can't answer calls, get some virtual assistance to help with the phones.

From the moment we walked in, the front staff made us feel welcome—so sweet, professional, and attentive. One thing that stood out immediately was that they welcomed family to join the patient, which meant a lot to us. Our doctor, Dr. Kim, went above and beyond. My GF was referred to this place by 2 different clinics. She called and they told her they didnt have it. She then called again and they said they have it, but that theyd call within 72 hrs. And was told that either way, they dont have any appts until late August. We had to return to urgent care 2 days later to continue treatment. These are the rudest people we have ever encountered. How difficult is it to be courteous. We are having to find someone else for treatment.
