If I could give them 0 stars I would. They have the worst office and the worst doctors I have ever had to deal with. First they forgot about me in the waiting room for over an hour. I saw people with appointments after me get seen before me. Then they misspelled seasonal on my allergy list and sent my prescription weeks after they were suppose to because of their incompetence. Dr. Gillens is truly the BEST! I appreciate how caring, kind, hilarious, and supportive she is about any issues I’ve mentioned. That said, the front desk staff was a massive turnoff. They come across as dismissive and rude, with no greeting, smile, or basic warmth. It really put a damper on an otherwise great visit. I hope the front desk experience improves by my next appointment bc that just wasn’t it. At all.
Dr. Janice Pressley is AMAZING, definitely the person to go to if you don't plan on getting pregnant. She only does gynecology, not obstetrics.
Just want to say I love my doctor here. If she could work the front desk & manage appointments here that would just be the cherry on top for me. I called on Monday for an appointment they said they would call back same day. No call. It’s Wednesday now. I couldn’t get through to the appointment line so I had to call the “doctor physician” line to get an answer. She goes to say they call back same day for any questions that have not been answered . Nobody here ever answers the phone. My provider has referred me here twice. I have never received a call and anytime I’ve called the voicemail is full or call hasn’t been returned. This is very unprofessional.
