Excellent service from Dr Padala on our first visit to the practice. He carefully assessed the records and asked pertinent questions before referring my daughter to the appropriate specialists. Easy going and professional GP, recommended.

Wanted to extend my heartfelt thanks for accommodating my mom with an appointment on such short notice. Dr. Mills, your kindness and genuine care are truly comforting, and I deeply appreciate the time and attention you gave to her. To the receptionist (sorry I did not get your name), your empathy and understanding in helping us secure this appointment did not go unnoticed. Your thoughtfulness made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. Thank you all for going above and beyond, we are truly grateful!

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Pradeep Padala and unfortunately my experience was not very positive. During the visit, I felt that the consultation focused on several questions that seemed unrelated to the symptoms I had reported. As a result, the discussion did not feel targeted or aligned with the issues I needed addressed, and the appointment ended up being less productive than I had hoped. Dr Padala saw my mother today and was incredibly kind, calm and attentive. He treated her over and beyond our wildest expectations. Can not thank him enough. The best GP in ACT.

I cannot express how impressive this Practice is and the care and empathy shown by Dr Demilio. As a person new to town the finding of a new GP can be a harrowing experience. Not at this Practice, from the warm welcome to the excellent standard of care. Highly recommended.
