Very patient and friendly staff. Technician for the MRI made me feel very comfortable even though I was clostaphobic. She was very understanding. And I so appreciate that condsidering the circumstances. I will be returning to this location in 2 weeks.
The receptionist is delightful, helpful and friendly. The MRI technician doesn't introduce himself...act like it's his first time to scan. He sets you up and leaves the room...it is a nerve-wracking procedure for me and in the past, another very personable technician was very encouraging and supporting...she would speak through the microphone so I could hear her voice letting me know how much longer I had..and asking if I was ok.
