UPDATE: They sent me a bill now for the FULL payment after I sent them a check covering the amount they told me I owed. This place is run like a scam and I will fight this tooth and nail. They should be looked into. Went here for a scan on private pay. Was told there were several payment options, one being 75% off if I paid the remaining balance that day. Fine, I did that. EDIT: I was correct. Northside Forsyth just called me and said it wasn’t cancelled. Then they transferred me to someone else who confirmed. Both were rude and wouldn’t confirm they would cancel it. EDIT: Their office started calling me and hanging up after I called the main hospital. Screenshot provided. I called back and they denied it but wanted to ‘talk’. Nope. Harassment is off putting. Called to schedule, different times during the day, left multiple voicemails, and the next call I made- reception turned their phones on do not disturb; the phone wouldn’t even ring anymore. I get it, phone calls can be overwhelming but when it’s your actual job to answer phones….. extremely irritating to me.
