I recently had my cataract surgery at this location. Dr. Cook and the hospital support staff were all excellent. They took great care to make sure I was comfortable. Check out process was easy and informative. She had great handouts to explain What to do and not do after surgery and at home. And was great at answering all my questions. Best hospital experience ever.
Wonderful bedside manners! From the time I scheduled my appointment until the discharge from my surgery this place has been a blessing. The staff was very polite and pleasant with every contact. The surgery was an answer to prayer and very successful. I highly recommend this facility and its staff for any orthopedic needs.
cAN NOT GET A HOLD OF ANYONE?
By far the worse place to get any medical procedures done. Children are not allowed! And since you have to have someone drive you back after the procedure the person can’t leave there either you stay in the vehicle with child for 2 hours or the patient cannot get the procedure done. Person at the customer service desk is rude as hell. I don’t even know how she is working there. No etiquette no customer service no friendly service. Everyone was so nice and help reasure and put you at ease. Even crack some jokes with you. Great team from begining and end. My GI Dr. Simon Cofrancesco did the procedure and he just oozes confidence and you feel like your in good hands.
