Highly impressed with Glen who did my scan. He was courteous and efficient (painless pokes, smooth procedure and calming personality). Check in was good. Very nice facility and I see the customer service has improved exceptionally.
Appreciated the high level of satisfactory service. From Lisa in registration to Sam and Margo at front desk. Special thanks to Mr. JH for making this happen.
No issues with parking. I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment as instructed. The front desk and registration staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I was called back for my appointment about 10 minutes late but with apologies and the explanation that they had an extremely sick patient that needed to be seen quickly. My xray tech was great and explained everything he did. I was finished quickly and on my way.
The Technicians were very professional and friendly. I felt extremely comfortable. First class organization. Top to bottom.
I had seen that there were multiple reviews where others complained about the parking and the wait, but I did not have those issues. I have another doctor in this same center so I knew the parking situation. If you just skip the lot and go straight to the (free) deck, you won't have a problem with parking. There is also a golf cart/shuttle to pick you up from anywhere in the lot. I arrived at 7:30 (walk-in) and the staff was friendly and accommodating. My doctor had requested more than 15 images...
