PLEASE HIRE COMPETENT PEOPLE! This is the second time in the last few months I have come up here and wasted my time and gas. Today I completely wasted both when they couldn’t draw my blood FROM MY HAND! Young guy then told me he’d “get a helper” and I’m waiting another 30mins I’m there for an hour now for a simple lab which should not have been scheduled so late in the day I’m told by the nurse and that I would need to come back! Sadly they have no idea what they are doing when it comes to billing, resulting in me having to make endless phone calls because they are trying to charge me extra for no reason either than their inability to provide the correct billing codes. It's been over three months and they still haven't resolved the issue.
If you are reading this, you may stop looking for your next doctor. Doctor Momin is as good as they come, you will not find a finer physician. All of the staff and Northside internal are amazing and most importantly when you call, they answer every time. No messages or call backs needed.
