Imagine your most excruciating experience at the DMV- this place is somehow even worse than that. It is clear management is not selective when it comes to hiring the sad/ angry people who work here, and unfortunately as a patient you will be the one who suffers as a result. My two visits here were equally traumatizing and infuriating. I waited 3 months to get a mammogram because they were fully booked and the day I was scheduled to have the exam, I was told that I had to reschedule because it was for a diagnostic instead of a screening. I received a call from them about one week prior, stating that it would be a diagnostic exam and that I just need to bring the doctors order- which stated that it could be changed to diagnostic if necessary.
