Communication sucks here. They take too long too. Dropping it off for 3 days just to get a diagnostic.
Worst place to go. Regretting getting a service plan through ford becuase they are so slow it takes 3 hours for a freakign oil change

I scheduled an appointment on May 14 to service our 2021 ford bronco, tune up and replacement of a/c belt and serpentine belt. Dealership informed me we had a valve cover gasket and showed us. At the time I did not fully agree since we had just had an oil change from our normal dealership and they did not advise of any leak. We had also driven across the country with no signs of a leak, did not have to refill our motor oil, nor did the check oil light turn on. They quoted over 2400 for the repair.
