Great Service
Like most dealership based parts suppliers the prices are full retail. I guess there is comfort in knowing they are OEM components and if they don't provide the right part it will be corrected without the hassles of Internet suppliers. I was surprised when the person at the counter recommended an aftermarket solution for a part and it has performed just as well as a factory original.
