Quick and easy - went to get my truck looked at after getting rear ended. Shaun was able to give me an accurate estimate of when the new bumper would come in, and scheduled an appointment for drop off. Bumper was replaced within 3 hours of dropping the truck off - didn't even need the rental car the insurance company had gotten for me. Shaun and his team did a great job with this one.
The collision team at Northside Ford did a great job fixing my Mustang after it was hit on the highway by a distracted driver. There were one or two minor issues upon receiving my car that needed a second look, and they were more than happy to reassess and address any concerns. If you want to give your Ford the best collision care, I highly recommend the team at Northside Collision.
