Damaged baseboards in bathroom. We called him this morning and he said it was already there and wouldn’t come back to fix the damage. I would NOT recommend
RecommendedVery pleased with Northside Floor Care. Found them through a Groupon but had to do additional work as we have a very large square footage of slate. Arrived on time, protected areas that could have been damaged by water and even did a return visit at no cost to touch up an area that didn't come out right. Very pleased overall and would highly recommend.

Great service with honesty and a smile. While others reel you in with promises of a cheap clean, they give you the correct prices the first time. Other companies tell you one price and then when you get there the price goes up while Northside Floor Care gives you a price and sticks to the quote. I would recommend them to anyone who wants their carpet cleaned the right way.
Northside made my carpet look new again. Great prices, great service, and honest. I have a lot of wear on my carpet from dogs and kids, but he was able to remove all the stains.
