I rarely feel confident in taking my car to a mechanic, but not here. Seem like honest folk who are just focused on getting the job done simply and well. They’re proactive in sorting minor issues out during a service and also give you an idea of what might be needed down the road/ when. They also do interstate rego transfers/ roadworthy certification which isn’t that easy to get sorted for a Volkswagen
Very thorough, honest, and friendly. Fixed & explained all the issues that my car had in a way that was easy to understand. I will definitely be returning to Northside Fleet Services whenever my car needs it (and I'm not even local!) Thank you for taking care of my car :)
Mark and team are very thorough and honest mechanics. Originally brought an old Landcruiser in for a check on the LPG system. Based on the good service I brought the car back for an engine service, including fixing oil leaks and baselining the cooling system. Michael looked after us, and he has good experience with 4WDs. He took a lot of extra time explaining issues and building a staged program of upgrades to gradually get this 500k+ km 4WD back in good condition.
