Very disappointing customer service. As I was walking toward the entrance, an employee shut and locked the doors right in front of me without offering any explanation or acknowledgment. I understand that businesses have closing times, but the way this was handled was rude and unprofessional. A simple conversation or courteous explanation would have made a difference. Northside Credit Union needs to do better when it comes to respecting its customers.

They've helped me several times with their products and services. Their attitudes are irrelevant to me because my focus is on what I need. Every place has it's issues and mishaps but I definitely like and recommend them. They're doing the best they can, my word of advice is when it comes to financial agreements, please read all the fine print carefully so there won't be any negative surprises or misunderstandings and that's really with anything. I had to learn that the hard way myself.
