Went to Bunnings with a wood screw, found an appropriate wood screw but it was silver in colour, my wife said it disturbed her soul that it was silver in colour. I said well let’s ask for some help. We got some help and the staff at Bunnings directed us to the staff at Northside Fasteners Who able to help me with the appropriate coloured screw that did not disturb my wife’s soul. Friendly service, huge range how could you go wrong if you’re looking for fasteners and fastener accessories tools etc

Best service I have had in a long time. After visiting today and actually getting some help and a solution (these guys where about the 4th place I tried) I just felt it right to leave a review. So again. Thanks heaps for your help today with a simple task but the service made it a reveiwable experience.

Super helpful, identified unknown stud and was more than accommodating for the mess around of trying to find the correct one close to closing. Definitely coming back whenever I need hardware. Will not shop anywhere else

Recently sent my mum here to get a single bolt that I needed. She was ignored by the two workers for the first 4 mins, was then given the excuse ‘oh, I didn’t see you there’ after directly looking at her and walking out the back. The old guy had a whinge when she asked for one bolt saying there was a minimum of a $10 purchase and that he wouldn’t make any money just selling one single bolt… $2 is better than a no sale as he didn’t get the money.
