Worse experience ever, I went in with severe pain and was left sitting for almost an hour waiting for someone to see me. The staff was just sitting in a room eating cake . The doctor I think came in chewing on her cake while speaking with me. While i am waiting in the lobby with severe pain the ladies at front desk were singing loudly disregarding the patient in pain. I did not receive discharge paperwork for the visit.
Today I came to see the Northside Peachtree Urgent Care with my son who got scratched by our dog, I got a chance to talk to a male doctor, I think his was John, I am really thankful to him as he came outside and looking at my sons finger, he explained really well and gave good suggestions and told us it wasnt a big deal because it was a small scratch and made us feel assured. I have never seen a doctor at an urgent care this helpful, again I am really thankful.
I've had the pleasure of speaking with Jenny and Mikayla on the phone the few times I've called for information and they were so sweet and informative, I woulda been lost without them! Thanks for all your help, ladies! =)
Undoubtably the worst urgent care experience I’ve ever had. These doc in the boxes are a dime dozen. There are plenty of other places to spend your time and money.
The level of care provided is above average for common illnesses like the cold; however, their scheduling system leaves much to be desired. When you think you’ve booked an appointment, you’re later informed that it’s actually a “reservation.” Despite this, you receive a text instructing you to arrive in 20 minutes, only to face a multi-hour wait upon arrival.
