My dad came here last summer for a cleaning and they told him he had a chipped tooth that he needed a crown for. He goes into the appointment and they tell him the tooth next to it needs a filling (it was perfectly fine). They start doing the filling for the second tooth, but said they need to do a second crown immediately. This was an extra charge that he didn't even have a choice for because they already filed the tooth down. Northside has the most amazing staff there is! I had a full implant procedure done and they took care of me every step of the process. When I walk in it’s like I am visiting family. Everyone there knows me by name and they greet me with smiles and even hugs. I can’t recommend them enough!! Thank you so much Northside!
Staff is always kind and welcoming. Always feel comfortable. My family likes going here. I’m so glad I found them. Been going there years. Thank you all.
