I was given an estimate to grade the lot after new construction. After approving the estimate Larry never responded to calls or emails to do the job. Had to use a different company which put the project behind schedule. Would not recommend.
I had hired a different landscaper to remove roots from trees we had taken down last year and then regrade our backyard to help with drainage, but the other landscaper kept cancelling and rescheduling. I called Northside Enterprises to get a quote and see if they could do it instead. The owner Larry came out the very next day (in the pouring rain) to see how the water flows to the sewer and to get and idea of what needed to be done.
