The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They've never been able to answer any of my questions quickly over the phone.
