A very friendly and professional practice! I brought my elderly mother, who has dementia and uses a wheelchair, for an examination and removal of a broken tooth by Dr. Josephine Lee. The extraction and stitches were done smoothly, and my mother remained relaxed throughout the procedure thanks to Dr. Lee’s gentle and reassuring care. After my first operation, my stitches had re-opened. Dr Sweeney was on holiday but he drove back to Sydney to work on my problem and then returned to his holiday, even though I'm a newish patient. He is very professional and dedicated. The nurses kept encouraging me while he was working on the stitches and another nurse was holding my hands to calm me. What a team! All the dentists I met there were very caring and the receptionists are very friendly.
