The location at Emory had an extremely rude imaging worker whom I refused to allow to do my mammogram. I asked for a supervisor and she did my mammogram. The front desk lady was rude and the wait time was long. I will NEVER go to that location again.Northside imaging location still haven't posted my results within the 24 to 48 hour that they're supposed to.Pitiful to say the least.

It took an eternity for the front desk to pick up the call. After hearing my request, the front desk operator immediately put it on hold without providing any explanation. As I am writing this review, I have been on hold for a long time now.

I agree with the person who wrote a review 2 weeks ago. Person who did my mammogram was nice, but the staff is incompetent in billing. Initially, I was told that they did not handle Cigna with Oscar. I called the insurance company who told me Northside Hospital would handle my mammogram. Then, when I called Northside Hospital, they said that this office did not understand the billing and they take my insurance.
