If you like hanging around waiting rooms, this is your place. They actually told me my 8:30 am appointment was really for 9 am. They require you be there 30 minutes in advance. Of course, they don't tell you that in advance. Paperwork took less than 5 minutes. There was 3 other people, all of us had arrived at the same time and we all sat waiting. All it would take is 1 delay ahead of me and I would've been there an hour for a 5 minute cat scan! So I left. Will not be returning there! Too many other choices to put up with th... read more
Nice facility and friendly staff, but be ware of billing practices. They don’t tell you that you are going to get a charge later for another doctor to read or interpret the test. Considering that they do a detailed bill review and don’t let you proceed until you pay, just a very odd practice
The place is clean, smells so nice (whatever cleaning stuff or aroma stuff they use I want it!), BGM was calming, at the time I came the place was quiet and peaceful too. The front office greeter and admin were courteous and timely with handling the check-in process. The radiology tech Laura was very efficient, courteous, and made the process very quick and easy - to the point! I will look no further for my imaging needs!
Scheduler for Cumberland location was extremely rude and unhelpful. Not a good look
