We had to have our entire electrical panel replaced and upgraded. TriStar Electric were outstanding. There are professional, knowledgeable, honest, reliable, consistent, and have never let us down. I had to call on him at least 8 times prior to replacing our panel for various electrical problems, even on a Saturday, and each time, TriStar has come through with accuracy and dependability. These guys are GREAT. We had a tricky install of a new system of wireless light switches along with a few more items (installing a new outlet and security system for our carport), and I was impressed at the amount of care they put into the work, including coming back for a second time to make sure everything was still working after we had initially purchased an incorrect part. Very professional and thoughtful.
I've used TriStar Electric twice. First to fix a faulty living room ceiling fan, second to revamp my swimming pool's controller box. Both times the job was done quickly, professionally, with no mess left behind. The swimming pool work was much more involved and required digging about 8 feet of wire, running conduits, installing two switches, hanging up a replacement box with pool timers, and connecting everything back to my existing pool hardware. I am beyond any joy at how fast, reliable, ethical and professional this company is!!!! After having mediocre electrical work done by another contractor, this company came out almost immediately and repaired a ceiling fan and oven connection. Their window was only one hour to arrive at the house instead of 4-6 like other companies. The price was more than fair. The electrician was clean, friendly and extremely considerate. I have found my electricians!!! Thank you TriStar Electric! I am impressed!
The whole process was awesome from beginning to the end. The office called and set the appointment and followed up with an acknowledgement of the appointment. They called 30 minutes before arrival and where right on time. The electricians were professional on their job and explained what and how they where going to correct my problem. They went right to work and completed the job professionally and timely. They pointed out a couple minor problems and helped me solve them.
