RecommendedI took my car to Carstar for some dent repair and a detail before selling it. They did an awesome job and I know the return on that small investment paid BIG!!! They went out of their way to make sure everything was done right. There is zero reason to go anywhere else.
RecommendedI did not go to ABS for car repair, I was in town for work and had a faulty gas gauge in my truck which caused me to run out of fuel but lucky for me they were in walking distance... ( I apologize for not asking her name ) but there was a very nice lady standing at one of the bay doors who I asked if they had any fuel I could buy which they did not but she offered to take me to get some and then drop me back off at my vehicle. I’m kind of on the fence about east west. On one hand they are very friendly and for the most part professional but i had a very underwhelming experience last time i visited there. I have a 2008 Lincoln MKZ and recently my car started having trouble when i went to pump gas. Every time i went to a gas station the pump would shut off as if my tank was full even when it was completely empty. I figured since i have a Lincoln the people at Lincoln surely can fix it(they’ve always been helpful before, even though my problems were ... read more

RecommendedI like having a loner car while my car is being worked on. I was given a new Lincoln as a loner. I couldn’t figure out how to start the car. It was a lot of things I didn’t understand how to operate on the car but fell in love with it. My family did too
