Very disappointing experience with pricing and communication. I called ahead and provided exact details of my truck, including the year, model, and the specific work needed. Based on that information, I was given an estimate that was significantly lower than what I was ultimately charged. My first service on a new truck purchased here. It was all outstanding. I called and booked it easily. I showed up early but still was able to get in pretty quick. The service went smooth and fast. All I could ask for.
Made an appointment online and got there on time, I was immediately greeted by a service advisor by the name of Sergio and he took it from there helped me with all updates my truck needed provided me with a quote and had me out in only an hour. Experience was great!!
