I took in my vehicle for a warranty repair and the way the service people spoke to me was disgusting. Both the manager and the service representative were condescending and insulted my intelligence. I know that I am not a GM trained automotive technician but I do believe in being informed. When I said that there was something wrong with my vehicle, they refused to further inspect my vehicle.They kept my vehicle for days and only attached it to a computer in order to wait for error codes. Always helpful and pleasant to work with
**Beware Any maintenance needed beware** long story short car went in to get an engine replacement, which turned into a one month ordeal after saying that this could be done within 3 days once they got the engine. Which they also did get in a timely manner. My car caught on fire when the technician was test driving it. This took me having to filing two claims in order to get everything taken care of through my insurance. I trusted Northside Chevrolet and it totally blew up in my face. 1) I scheduled the service appointment online but information was not "in the system" when I arrived 2) Warranty repair...but apparently the warranty process is convoluted and the parts for the repair are on "indeterminate" backorder 3) I did not receive a copy of the supposed comprehensive vehicle inspection report 4) Reception technician did her best to fix the problem 4) Passenger side mirror extension/retraction is still inoperative with no schedule for repair 5) Alignment and tire rotation completed
