Dr. O is amazing! I’m not even kidding. It’s honestly hard to put into words. She is patient, kind, experienced, and she takes the time out to truly listen. She even noticed something immediately that took another office forever to diagnose! I wish I would have found her sooner!
I absolutely love Dr. O. She’s so sweet and empathetic. She’s so patient and loving to my girls. We recently moved, and I keep saying I’m going to find a Dr. closer to home but it’s so hard to leave a great Dr.
I’ve tried calling 3 times and have left voicemails to schedule an appointment. So far, no answer and no call back even though it says in the automated message that I would get a call back the next business day if calling after 4:30 (which I called before 4:30 but okay). I can’t imagine if my son was actually sick and having to fight to get him an appointment. Seems unbelievably unprofessional and after reading other reviews, looks like I’m not the only one with this issue.
Recently transitioned offices so we could follow our NP, Milan. She is amazing and, so far, we have had a good experience from scheduling to having medical papers filled out.
