I recently purchased a van that had been serviced with these guys by the previous owner. so seemed the obvious choice for getting some extra work done. That was my first mistake! Not only did they not actually do what I asked them to do they didn't even tell me that instead of 2 x 200w solar panels I asked for they fitted 2 x 160w panels. I had 2 extra batteries fitted which were not added to the battery management system and the grey water tank I had added was also not added to the system. What a joke this Jayco service agent is. Service not to standard and warranty repairs incomplete. The owner has a serious attitude towards customers who complaint about his poor staff workmanship and communication. Took our van to another service agent in Landsdale and what a difference. jobs completed without fuss. Jayco need to engage agents who will do their name justice. Think twice before engaging this company with your caravan repairs/service
