These guys were contracted by AAA for road service. The initial estimate was 1 hour 15 min. After 2.5 hours, I called to find out the status. They called back half an hour later and promised 90 minutes. The service sent a link with the progress of the tow truck. A 15 minute drive took 30 minutes. when the driver was 2 blocks away, the tow drove to the another area approx 5 blocks away and hung around for another 20 minutes, at that point, the tracking link said thank you for working with us.
