Friendly staff and beautiful facility.
Great first time experience. From front staff to technician we had great experience. Nice new location. Would recommend it over sugarhill location. Traffic can be issue, but good experience makes it worth while. Sugarhill location staff is set in their way and not very helpful
I have severe medical anxiety, especially with imaging. I had a mammogram, thyroid ultrasound, and barium swallow all in the same day. Everyone I interacted with was so kind and patient with me. They all made me feel calm and fully understand what they were doing. If I need anything they offer, I will absolutely go back here!
Friendly staff, however, very unprofessional medical work ethics at the Northside Buford Breast Care Center in Suite 310. After imaging was conducted by the technician, the same imaging technician who took my images later interpreted the results and told me the potential diagnosis. She wasn't fully clear with the questions I had following the results. I said nothing about this to staff onsite just to test how far it would be allocated.
