I've had three accidents and each time I've brought my car up from the metro to Northside. They are thorough and patient with explaining the claims and estimating process and answer as many of my questions as they can. My car is clean and looks great! Special shout out to Sam!
The crew here is amazing. Sam got the truck fixed in no time and in a pinch. Everything was explained clearly. Can't say enough about the candor and respect I was shown. Thank you for the great service!
