I have been waiting well over a month to see a doctor. I’ve been through the process of intake evaluation I’ve done everything they told me I have been waiting on my appointment patiently just to wake up to a cancelled appointment and now another appointment won’t be available until November! What is the point of being a mental health center when only time your patients can get in touch with anyone is through inpatient services! The receptionist never answer the phone and I have called while in the building and watched her pick the phone and hang it up. This place is worse than Gracepoint. Outpatient intake is supposed to be from 8am to 4pm but the intake receptionist has turned people away at 1 in the afternoon telling them to come back another day.
