Easy access, free parking, and very clean facility. I am very claustrophobic but the technicians put me at ease. they even provide headphones that play Pandora music during the procedure. I highly recommend this facility.

I recommend finding another place to save you headaches. The administrative staff is incompetent. They scheduled a procedure. Shortly after on the same day, I received a call back from a different person indicating they booked the wrong machine for my needs and needed to change the appointment time. Two days before the appointment, they called for pre-registration. I was unable to take their call at that moment so they left a rude message indicating it’s “imperative” I return their call before my appointment. I did. They wan... read more

I felt the situation was a inconvenience because I came there a few minutes before the appointment time, but they didn't do the imaging. It was the first time that has happened were I come at the appointment time and they not do the imaging I can understand if I was 10 or 15 minutes late which I wasn't. I can understand they have a certain time frame they do things but even when I reschedule to later time that day and came earlier, there was a 10 minutes wait and they had me waiting on them without communicating with me abou... read more

The Northside Radiology Clinic @ Barfield Rd, Sandy Springs provided the best experience for an MRI I 've ever had. I have claustrophobia and Mrs Sandi went above and beyond making sure I was comfortable throughout. She is an outstanding professional. Thank you Sandi and Northside !
