Our bank Northside sold out to this bank. Horrible transition and now I deposited 2 checks and they took the money from the people that wrote me the checks but haven't deposited it into my accounts it has been 4 days. It is really sad because a lot of great people work at Northside but it is no longer a hometown bank like we had. Will be looking for another bank.

Our bank NorthSide switched over to this bank. We have had numerous bad experiences with them since the switch. Just one instance is when they couldn’t find our deposit we made, it took them over 4-5 days to find it! Then my account was hacked and I had to wait 3 weeks before I could receive my card. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a bank. I will be switching banks as soon as I and my husband get a chance!
They are always so helpful when you have a problem.
