Failed to identify an obvious problem (split intercooler hose), charged me for a failed attempt to treat the symptoms (DPF clean), then took no responsibility and gaslighted me like I was born yesterday (suggesting the hose split in the 1000km since I last saw them). Do not give your hard earned to these blokes.
