Mercury Marquis wiper blade
I got a diagnostic on my truck and they told me it was my thermostat housing and I paid $541 then they told me I need another $500 for a water pump that they didn’t tell me about at first. No one could tell me what was the purpose of the diagnostic check. I have spent a lot of money with them but not anymore I don’t recommend anyone to them.
Tim and his team are top notch. What most mechanics may see as too much and they can’t turn it fast enough , they are up for any challenge. Knowledge and experience goes a long way. They shoot you straight. Sometimes it may not be the answer we as customer WANT to hear but I can assure you that is the solution that Northside has thought out and stands on. I would recommend them for their quick response to your problem, however I took my vehicle in to be repaired after being referred to them. I initially was told that I needed tune up, but after looking at my vehicle Destin told me that I only needed a fuel injector. After installing it, my vehicle still had the same issues, so he replaced it at no extra labor charge. My issue with them is my vehicle is still having these issues and when I called to see what next steps could/would be, I did not get a returned call and my calls... read more
