Northside automotive did a fantastic job taking care of a complex repair on my vehicle. They communicated clearly, were transparent with the cost, and fixed my car up great!
Took my vehicle in for an alignment they inspected the front end and told me about some other parts I Needed to replace and I was on a very short timeline to get them replaced, and the truck sent back in, but once I got the parts replaced, they managed to fit my truck in for the alignment when they didn’t have much time they did an amazing job on working with me for schedule and getting my vehicle done in time for when I needed it at a very affordable price. After talking to others I have found that this price was reasonable & I will return to them for their services. They are extremely nice people & very accommodating 👍 I feel your price of $131 for an SUV oil change & tire rotation today was outrageous. I checked what it would be with the previous place I used last & there is a difference of $50. I cannot afford this. You are very nice & friendly people though.
Honest, fair pricing, prompt service. Kept me informed of all work to be done, no surprises and was flexible in coordinating pickup when I wasn’t available during regular business hours.
