Dying battery. Northside was able to deal with it right away so I could keep my medical appointment that day. Every woman (3) greeted me while I waited, which was very different from my experience at another local car repair business. Northside is very professional: giving an estimate; updating the price; Tammy asked relevant questions while making the appointment. It was a pleasant experience, given the emergency aspect of the situation.
Up camping woke up to a dead battery and they fit me in done in less than a couple hours. They were great.
Excellent customer service. Trust with all my automotive needs. Extremely thorough. Greatly appreciate this level of service.
Place is great . Staff very helpful.
Northside automotive did a fantastic job taking care of a complex repair on my vehicle. They communicated clearly, were transparent with the cost, and fixed my car up great!
