Dave at Northside Auto Electrics helped us on two occasions with customisations to our HiLux Camper - first rewiring the HiLux's rear lights to the back of the camper and secondly, installing a rear vision camera. On both occasions, Dave came up with elegant and creative solutions - in the case of the rear lights, with a workaround that saved us upwards of $1000 in new Toyota parts. We found Dave great to deal with, his work excellent and his attention to detail superb. We thoroughly recommend him

After a quick phone call, I received a very fair quotation and easily booked the service. David replaced my battery efficiently, then scanned and cleared the battery malfunction code for me. Worst experience with this business. Booked in to install aftermarket wiring to work some working lights for my new ute, after being recommended by the car salesman. I was told I had to wait over 3 weeks before he could fit me in, so I waited. I was then told to wait another day, so I did. I went through the job with David to make sure we were on the same page and left my vehicle. He had it for 3 days and completed 20% of the work charged me $220 for 1 hour labour and told me to pick up the ute so I could use it over the wee... read more
