Great experience with them, they have worked on 2 cars of mine.
Was no pleased with how they handled my bill. They charged me for an "inspection on front end" and found slight movement on two lower ball joints that could have and did go away with grease(greased when i took it home) . Normal operation from the shop i worked in for 8-9 years was fix it bring back and well finish the alignment. No charge to a customer for finding out something is wrong and an alignment can be done. Had a blow out at about 6 In the afternoon, which was closing time. stopped to see if they could assist In putting a tire on the rim for me and they kindly accepted.
Came in late in the day with possible oil leak. I am not from Watertown and needed help. Northside staff brought my car in and checked for leaks and cleaned the bottom of my engine to make sure there weren’t any hidden leaks. They wanted to be sure that my car was safe to drive home. I can’t say enough about the wonderful way I was treated here! Highly recommend Northside Auto!
