Appointment at 1 for oil change, went shopping came back at 1:30 still don't have my car in yet..appointment must not be a thing. Changed my oil, 2 hours later called and said they screwed up a basic oil change and the filter was wrong. Put the wrong one on??? DONT GO HERE !! Had to wait 15 min. after my car was done to have the service guy talk about his day with the tech....
Very thorough when looking over vehicles, more was checked than requested and very much appreciated.
I have never had a bad experience at Northside and have been taking my car there for about 5 years. The people I have worked with are friendly and knowledgeable, and take the time to explain the issues with my car. Like everyone, I would like to pay a little less but, after comparing their prices with other places, the rates at Northside are mostly in line with what others are charging.
