Please don’t rent here - the hallways are disgusting, neighbors are loud and don’t care, they have 1 resident event a year that’s during normal work hours, and the pool has been closed ALL summer. If you’re looking for an apartment complex that comes with 0 amenities, this is it. Can’t wait until our lease it up.

I had a very disappointing experience living here. My air conditioning was out for an entire week, making my apartment extremely uncomfortable, especially during the heat. Despite the inconvenience and the impact on my quality of life, management still expected full rent without offering any meaningful accommodation or urgency in resolving the issue. Do not move here. Our AC broke in July and it took management three weeks to send someone, despite daily calls. Also office staff are no help at all will give you the run around!

My experience with this apartment community has been extremely disappointing. Management made an error on my rent ledger, and instead of taking responsibility and working to correct their mistake, they were unprofessional and dismissive. When I called to discuss the issue and seek a resolution, the representative hung up on me rather than addressing my concerns. No resident should be treated this way, especially when trying to resolve an error that was not their fault. Customer service and accountability are severely lacking... read more
