If I could give zero i would. Did not have heat or air for 6 months, complained several times yo management who said they would give a discount for the months without it, to date nothing. Toilet continually stopped up, dishwasher doesn't work. Pool is not open. Management is a joke. Other than the below, no one has contacted me. Maricela is so nice. She understood me very well in what I was looking for. I am moving in today in my new home at Northside and I am so excited. I highly recommend Northside. Ask for Maricela she’s super nice.

I arrived at the office promptly, but unfortunately, I didn’t meet anyone there. So, I took a little walk around and eventually I was attended to by Maricela, who was incredibly brilliant and kind. She answered all my questions and showed me the property. However, I decided not to choose this community as my home because I received a better special offer elsewhere. Nevertheless, I wouldn’t mind calling the northside home.
Maricela made My leasing experience so easy and stress free from start to finish. She was professional, friendly. And always quick to answer My questions. She took the time to explain everything clearly and Made me feel welcomed throughout the entire process. Excellent customer service and comunicación. I truly apareciste her help. I highly recommend asking for Maricela if Youre looking to léase at Northside. I am currently working on renewing again with her!
